Here’s a brilliant breakfast recipe you can rustle up in just under 30 mins. Featuring our Sweet Potato Fries, guacamole and eggs, this delectable brunch-breakfast is a wholesome starter to any weekend.


Ingredient Checklist:

  • 100g Sweet Potato Fries
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper



1. Preheat oven to 200˚C.

2. Arrange the sweet potatoes in a single layer on an oven tray and bake for 23-25 mins.

3. Smash the avocado and add the lime juice.

4. Poach or fry an egg.

5. Arrange the Sweet Potatoes on a serving dish. Top with the egg, avocado and dust with salt and pepper.
